This is a starting point written for a UAE refurbished laptop business. Read it, change anything that does not match how you actually operate, and have it reviewed before you launch. Then delete this paragraph.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Where a laptop is listed as upcoming stock, the arrival estimate shown is an expectation and not a contractual date. We will tell you if it changes.

Condition

All laptops sold here are refurbished and previously used. The grade shown on each product describes its cosmetic condition. Light marks consistent with the stated grade are not a fault.

Pricing

Prices are in UAE dirhams. Where a price is not published, contact us for a quotation, which we will honour for the period stated in it.
