How to start a return

Message us with your order number and a description of the problem, along with photographs if the issue is visible. We will confirm the next step in writing before anything is collected.

Condition of returned items

Please return the laptop with the charger and any accessories supplied. Back up and remove your data first, and sign out of any accounts linked to the device.

Set your own return window and any restocking terms before launch, and replace this paragraph with them.
