What does refurbished actually mean here?
Every laptop we sell has had a previous owner. Before it is listed we confirm the specification matches the description, test the screen, keyboard, ports and battery, clean the machine and install a fresh operating system. If it does not pass, it does not go on the site.
What is A+ grade?
A+ is our best cosmetic grade: the chassis and screen are in excellent condition with no significant marks. Because these are used machines, light signs of careful handling are possible and are not treated as a fault.
How long is the warranty?
Every laptop comes with 6 months of cover from the delivery date, supported here in the UAE. Full terms are on the warranty page.
Why do some laptops not show a price?
Stock and pricing on refurbished hardware move constantly. Where a price is not published yet, send us a price request or a WhatsApp message and we will come back with the current figure.
What does upcoming stock mean?
The model is on its way to us rather than sitting on the shelf. You can reserve one now and the estimated arrival is around 12-14 days. We confirm the real date with you before taking payment.
Where do you deliver?
All seven emirates. Dubai and Sharjah orders usually arrive within one to two working days of dispatch, and the rest of the country within two to four.
Is my data safe on a used laptop?
Yes. Storage is wiped and a clean operating system is installed before the laptop is listed, so nothing from a previous owner remains.
