Every laptop carries a six month warranty
Each laptop we sell is covered for six months from the delivery date. If a covered hardware fault appears in that period, contact us and we will arrange a repair or replacement.
Coverage begins on the date the laptop is delivered and runs for six months.
To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault. We will confirm the next step in writing before any device is collected or returned.
